Another indicator is if it only holds a charge for an hour or two and then dies quickly. Depending on how often you use your electronics device, the battery should last between a year to three years.
Q: How do I know what electronics device model I have?
A: The brand and model number can most likely be found on the front cover of your Owner's Manual. If you do not have it, then the manufacturer's label should be on the bottom of your electronics device. Finally, take out the battery and look on the inside of the battery compartment where the battery was in.

A: Simply type in the name, part number or model number in the search and Go! You can also browse by category and drill down to your model.
Q: How long are your batteries guaranteed to last?
A: It depends on the battery: some are Lifetime and some are 1 year. Only the batteries that have a Lifetime Warrantee will let you know the terms, otherwise the default is 1 year without any Lifetime Warranty information.

We recommend that you leave the battery to charge overnight for the first time, even if the user manual indicates that the charging time is a few hours.
Q: Do I need to back up my data before I change the battery?
A: It is highly recommended to always back-up your data before taking it apart.
Q: What do I do if ordered the wrong item?
A: It happens, no problem. The easiest way to take care of this is to place another order for the correct battery on our Website. Let us know that this is a replacement order with the order number that is being returned in the Comments field. Return the battery, kit in all of the original packaging back to us with the order written on the package. We will immediately credit your account once received, but not the original outbound shipping and handling charge.
