Opps--I ordered the wrong battery!
It happens, no problem! This is what you need to do:

Place another order for the correct battery on our Website. Let us know that this is a replacement order with the order number that is being returned in the Comments field.

For security purposes, we do not save and store your credit card info in our system. If you paid by credit card, include in your return the same credit card number and expiration used in the original order, or email it to us (can split it into two emails). Notify us if you paid by PayPal. We will credit your account once received, but not the original outbound shipping and handling charge. There will be no restocking fee applied. -
Return the battery, kit in all of the original packaging back to us to:

All non-defective Longlast Batteries must be returned within the first 60 days of purchase and will be charged a restocking fee of $5. (Laptop Batteries $10)

If an order is returned because of a wrong address, incomplete address, or not picked up, we will charge a $4.95 shipping fee to reship it.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty is the industrys longest warranty! Some batteries are covered by our famous Lifetime Warranty and some are covered by a standard 1 Year Warranty. Only the batteries that are covered by a Lifetime Warranty will let you know, otherwise the default is 1 year without any Lifetime Warranty information. Have peace of mind knowing that your battery will be taken care of when it is ready to be replaced again.
Warranty Terms
Simply return the original Complete battery kit for a brand new one and only pay the Shipping & Handling charge currently at $4.95 (laptop batteries $9.95) via PayPal (Send money tab) with your original order number to sales@longlast-battery.com . If you do not have your original kit (packaging and battery), then you only qualify for our standard 1 Year Warranty. For iPod battery owners: Lifetime Warranty effective as of February 25th, 2007, otherwise it is a standard 1 Year Warranty before February 15th, 2007 date of purchase.
